If you are too far away to come by our shop in Philadelphia, we can still help you! We offer a mail-in repair service nationwide. Our mail-in service is simple, just 3 steps to get your device fixed. Start with filling out our mail-in repair form or giving us a call for a quote.
Ship Device
Once the mail-in form has been filled out, we will contact you with a quote and easy shipping instructions
Pay Invoice
Once the repair is completed we will send you an invoice you can pay online, then we pack and ship your device back!
Step 1 – Fill out the form

Step 2 – Mail your Device in
We recommend using UPS or FedEx to ship to us and to fully insure the package. Pirateship.com has incredibly low shipping rates if you haven’t heard of them before.

Be sure to pack the device securely in a sturdy box for shipping. We recommend using bubble wrap to wrap the device in at least 3 inches of packing material to keep it safe during its trip to us.
Step 3 – Pay the invoice
Once we have completed the repair, we will send you an invoice via email using our credit card processor, square. This invoice can be paid with any major credit or debit card. Once the invoice is paid, we will get the device shipped back to you!
