How do I pack my device for shipping?
Wrap your device in bubble wrap or soft padding and place it in a sturdy box. Remove any cases or accessories. If you choose our shipping kit option, we'll send you everything you need to pack securely.
How long does the repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 1-3 business days after we receive your device. Complex repairs like liquid damage or logic board work may take longer. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
What if my device can't be repaired?
If we determine your device can't be repaired, we'll contact you with options. There's no charge for the diagnosis. We'll ship your device back to you at no additional cost.
Do I need to back up my data first?
We always recommend backing up your data before sending in your device. While we take every precaution to protect your data, we cannot guarantee data preservation during repairs.
What warranty do mail-in repairs come with?
