Ship your device to us from anywhere in the US. We'll repair it and ship it back with a 1-year warranty.
Before You Ship
- Power off your device completely
- Remove any cases and screen protectors
- Do NOT include chargers, cables, controllers, or any accessories — just the device
- Note your device passcode — we may need it for testing
How to Pack Your Device
Wrap your device in bubble wrap or soft padding — at least 2 inches on all sides.
Use a snug, sturdy box. The device should not slide around inside.
Fill any gaps with packing paper, foam, or crumpled newspaper to prevent movement.
Write down your name, email, phone number, order number, and a description of the issue. Place it inside the box.
Close the box and seal all seams with packing tape. Make sure nothing can open during transit.

Ship Yourself
Use any carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). We recommend USPS Priority Mail for the best value. Ship to our address below.
Prepaid Label
We email you a prepaid shipping label. Print it, tape it to your box, and drop off at the nearest carrier location. No account needed.
Prepaid Box + Label
We ship you a padded box with a prepaid return label inside. Put your device in, seal it, and drop it off. The easiest option.
