Mail-In Repair Instructions

Ship your device to us from anywhere in the US. We'll repair it and ship it back with a 1-year warranty.

Before You Ship

  • Power off your device completely
  • Remove any cases and screen protectors
  • Do NOT include chargers, cables, controllers, or any accessories — just the device
  • Note your device passcode — we may need it for testing

How to Pack Your Device

Wrap in padding

Wrap your device in bubble wrap or soft padding — at least 2 inches on all sides.

Place in a sturdy box

Use a snug, sturdy box. The device should not slide around inside.

Fill empty space

Fill any gaps with packing paper, foam, or crumpled newspaper to prevent movement.

Include a note

Write down your name, email, phone number, order number, and a description of the issue. Place it inside the box.

Seal securely

Close the box and seal all seams with packing tape. Make sure nothing can open during transit.

Typically 5-7 business days from when we receive your device. That breaks down to 1-2 days for diagnosis, 1-3 days for repair, and 2-3 days for return shipping.
Do I have to pay for the repair upfront?
No. You only pay for shipping upfront (if you choose a prepaid option). The repair cost is invoiced after the work is done.
What if the repair costs more than quoted?
We'll contact you before doing any additional work. You always approve the final price before we proceed.
