Mail-In Repair Instructions

Get your device repaired from the comfort of your home! Follow these steps to mail in your device safely and securely.


1. Place Your Order

Before mailing your device, you must place a mail-in repair order. *Please note this link is for shipping only, repair prices vary. Contact us prior to ensure you receive a proper repair quote. We are working to improve this process, thank you for understanding.

MacBook/PC: Mail-in MacBook repairs

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps.


2. Prepare Your Device for Shipping

Backup Your Data (If Possible)

While we take every precaution to keep your data safe, we recommend backing up your data before sending your device. If your device is not functional, and you need data recovery, please indicate this when placing your order.

Remove Accessories

iPhones, iPads, & iPods: Send only the device—no cases, chargers, or SIM cards.

MacBooks & Laptops: We may need the charger for some models. If you’re unsure, contact us.

Game Consoles & PCs: Send only the console/tower—no controllers, power cords, or accessories.

Power Off & Secure the Device

• Turn off your device before packing it.

• Use bubble wrap or foam padding to protect your device from damage during transit.

• Place the device in a sturdy box to prevent movement.


3. Ship Your Device

We offer three convenient shipping options:

Option 1: Box & Prepaid Shipping Label (Shipped to You) – $29

• We ship a sturdy box with protective packaging and a prepaid shipping label to your address.

• Once you receive it, simply pack your device, attach the label, and drop it off at a shipping center.

Option 2: Prepaid Shipping Label (Print at Home) – $25

• We email you a prepaid shipping label that you can print at home.

• You will receive instructions on how to schedule a pickup or drop off your package.

Option 3: Ship It Yourself

• You can use any carrier of your choice (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.).

• Send your device to:

Include a copy of your order confirmation or your Full Name, Phone Number and Return Shipping Address in the package.


4. Repair Process & Turnaround Time

Once we receive your device:

🔍 Diagnostic & Repair Process:

• Standard repairs take 2-5 business days (unless otherwise stated).

• Data recovery services may take 7-10+ business days.

📩 We will notify you via text message or email once the repair is complete and send an invoice for any remaining balance.


5. Return Shipping

🚚 Once your repair is finished, we will ship your device back to you.

• Return shipping is included in your final invoice (unless otherwise noted).

• Tracking information will be sent once your device ships back.


Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t know the issue?

If you’re unsure what’s wrong, select Diagnostics when placing your order. A technician will assess the device and contact you with repair options. A $49 non-refundable bench fee applies for diagnostics.

What if my device can’t be repaired?

If a repair is not possible or is declined after diagnostics, you may choose to have your device shipped back for a small fee or recycled at no charge.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! All repairs include a 1 year warranty (90-day for batteries) on parts and labor (excluding physical or accidental damages, tampering, manufacturer defects and/or contact with liquid).
