These terms cover text messages from MackTechs (Macktechs LLC), a device repair shop at 4329 Main Street, Philadelphia, PA 19127.

What we text

We send text messages about your inquiry or repair: replies to your questions, quotes and approvals, check-in confirmations, repair status updates, pickup notices, appointment and drop-off details, and payment links for your invoices. We do not send marketing texts.

How you sign up

You agree to receive these texts when you text our shop number, or when you give us your mobile number and ask for text updates while checking in a repair, whether in our shop, on our check-in page or on our website forms.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your repair and your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We will confirm and send no more texts unless you sign up again by replying START. Reply HELP for help, call us at (215) 914-5775, or email hello@macktechs.com.

Other terms

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to tell us if you change or give up the mobile number you signed up with.

Privacy
