When you walk in, we will take a look at your phone and let you know exactly what is going on. If it is a straightforward screen replacement, most repairs take 30 to 60 minutes. You can grab coffee at one of the cafes on Main Street, walk the towpath, or just hang out in the shop while we work.

We will test the new screen thoroughly before handing your phone back. That includes checking touch responsiveness across the entire display, verifying Face ID or Touch ID still works, and making sure the brightness and color look right. You will also get a warranty on the repair, so if anything comes up after you leave, you are covered.
